Hyang Yeon Korean Restaurant

I love hanging out with like-minded (and like tummied) friends. At G’s recommendation, we tried out this place at 80 Amoy Street.
She recommended the dak galbi with cheese, and we got the bossam as well as many other dishes.

This was a little bit of what we had: Pajeon, naengmyun, jajjangmyun sundubu chigae, and kimchigae

I’d totally go back again!

Naengmyun – supposedly the best but no refreshing kick and an overload of bibim sauce. I think they are better known for the mul naengmyun than the bibim naengmyun. We tried another version but that didn’t even come with the side cold soup.

My mouth is watering as I’m thinking about that tangy vinegarish taste in the clear cold soup.
